I sort i feel i haven't done enough. I feel the paining is somehow a fraud. The further i move from realism, the stronger these feelings grow. And consequently, the more doubts i have about my work.

But i persist.Harry Kenthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05025438150292484846noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3065694115454910742.post-20105908410778678912012-05-02T07:08:41.034+10:002012-05-02T07:08:41.034+10:00What a great painting Harry, this is how i would l...What a great painting Harry, this is how i would like to paint. ;-) I would love to let go while painting.Momo Luna S!gnalshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00170657311754852851noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3065694115454910742.post-26534600418163328162012-04-26T05:43:14.150+10:002012-04-26T05:43:14.150+10:00What a wonderful way of putting it - 'not abou...What a wonderful way of putting it - 'not about repetition, about discovery'. What's in a name? But also, what's in a face? Some of the most seemingly accurate captures of someone's features will provoke them to say "but that's not me!" and some of the most abstract, as this one above, convey such focused truth about what lies beneath a face, a name. Bravo! And thank you for sticking with this series - it is not about repetition, but discovery.Gisizeehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08842508709852026701noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3065694115454910742.post-29207415349613582872012-04-24T19:05:00.092+10:002012-04-24T19:05:00.092+10:00Thanks for youre continued interest and support Rh...Thanks for youre continued interest and support Rhonda. Much appreciated.

And wow, thanks for the innovative portraits of me on your blog. Experimenting, searching, communicating through image-making - that's what painting is really all about.
